He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl J. Taggart and Bonnie Taggart (Pitman). He is survived by: his siblings, Bill Taggart (Marybeth) of Dayton, OH and Leslie Jaramillo (Leo) of Warrenville, IL; his nephew James Southe of Warrenville, IL.; and his pet Buddy.
