He is survived by: his father George Smith (Beverly) of South Bend; his wife Rhonda Ehrick Smith; his sons, Jeremiah Smith (Brandy) of Union Mills, IN and Zachary Smith of La Porte; his grandchildren, Emma, Blake and Natalie Smith; and his siblings, Cindy Gastel, Jennifer Smith, Terri Baker, Scott and Mark Mead.
