He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph T. Miller and Ceycelia M. Miller (Ellenwine). He is survived by: his siblings, Jo Herbst (Don) of Lisbon, Jane Slater (John) of La Porte and Dave Miller (Sherri) of Valparaiso, Indiana. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews; numerous great nieces and nephews; and several great great nieces and nephews.
Due to the Covid-19 virus a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
