He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Madden and Lois Madden (Wright); and his brother-in-law James Hall. He is survived by: his spouse Nicki Madden (Paxson); his siblings, Garrett Madden (Mary) of Maumee, OH, Deborah Hall of Sylvania, OH, Barbara Riehle (Edward) of Toledo, OH and David Madden (Susan) of Holland, OH; his sons, Shawn Madden (Becky) of Toledo, OH, Jay Madden of Chicago, IL and Brandon Madden of Indianapolis, IN; his granddaughter Myriah Madden; and his great grandchildren, Kyleigh and Madelyn.
