He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Howell and Ruth Howell. He is survived by: his sister Kathy Trevillian (Greg); his sons, Jeremy (Jamie), Nick (Lindsey) and Josh (Allison); his grandchildren, Gabe, Nolan, Addison and Kaley; and his nieces, Stephanie Hoffman (Eric) and Cari Whittler (Greg). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
