She is survived by: her daughter Jessica Holaway (Jason) of La Porte, Indiana; her siblings, Tina Webb (Dennis) of Gilbert, Arizona and Mark Stombaugh (Jackie) of Cave Creek, Arizona; her grandchildren, Ethan Krivak (Makenna) of Knox and Emma Krivak of La Porte, Indiana; and her great grandchildren, Everleigh Henderson, Audrey Krivak, Addison Krivak and Aidan Krivak.
