He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joan Moore, Frank Moore, Robert Kinas, Sr. and Matthew. He is survived by: his parents, Ron LeRoy Moore (Tammy Merryfield) of La Porte and Roxann Louise Rettinger (Kinas) of La Porte; his wife Tabitha E. Worthington; his sons, Mason L. and Maddix T.; his siblings, Brittne Moore of Lowell and Caleb Rettinger of La Porte; his grandmother Nora Ann Kinas of South Bend; and his brother-in-law Josiah Pittman of La Porte.
Due to the recent Governor's Order, anyone attending the visitation/service is required to wear a mask.
