She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Saylor and Rose Saylor (Wilkins); her husband Stephen Rudy Lestinsky; her siblings, Lee, Jim, Bill Saylor, Winifred Clark (Mort), Maxine Ghezzi (Dick) and Colleen McRoberts (Larry); and her close friend Joyce Zolman.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Lestinsky (Amy) of La Porte, Sheryl Lestinsky of La Porte and Jim Lestinsky (Lori) of La Porte; her grandchildren, Kirstin Lueken (Ryan), Kylee Lestinsky (Brandon Carter), Austin Kubit (Gretchen), Taylor Toliver (Greg), Travis and Trav; her son Morgan Lestinsky (Jimmie Lewis); her great grandchildren, Kora Lueken, Rudy Carter, Rowan, Reagan, Pierce Kubit, Stevie Ann and Bo Toliver; her sisters-in-law, Marlene Saylor of Muskegon, Shirley Saylor of Muskegon and Roseann Phillips of La Porte; and her close friends, Loretta Rudolph of La Porte and Sharon Struyf of Rolling Prairie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
