She is survived by: her sons, Phillip Wadsworth (Laura) of Michigan City and Dale Wadsworth (Joy) of La Porte; her stepsons, Dr. John Cooke (Azita) of Sanford, FL, Dr. James Cooke (Terri) of Atlanta, GA, Dr. David Cooke (Jeannette) of Berrien Springs, MI and Dr. Daniel Cooke (Becky) of Granger, IN; and her granddaughter Eowyn Boyd.
