She was predeceased by: her husband Maurice; her sons, Melvin Briggs and Dewey Briggs; her grandson Brian Briggs; and her siblings, Audrey Briggs and Bud Fain.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Cheri Clark, Kimberly Maesch, Rebecca Conner, Julia Sinclair and Jeffery Briggs; and her siblings, Pearl Beasley of Charleston, Wendell Fain (Jean) of La Porte and Joe Fain (Sharon) of Mill Creek. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
