He is survived by: his spouse Julieann "Judy" Mayer; his children, Liz Rhoda (Tex) of La Porte, Angie Carter of Fishers and Doug Carter (Carol) of Cicero; his grandchildren, LeeAnn Carter, Cory Stark, Sam Eaton and Mary Rhoda; his great grandchild Elizabeth; his brother Andy Carter of Elkhart; and also, Amilia, Lincoln and Sloane.
