She was predeceased by: her parents, Mirwood Francis and Dorothy Francis (Chadderdon); and her husband Martin A. Neubeck. She is survived by: her children, Kenny Watt (Rachelle) of La Porte and Tennille McDaniels (Brian) of La Porte; her grandchildren, Alicia, Kenny, Lindsey, Cameren, Hunter and Josh; and her brother Dave Francis (LaVonne) of Seabring, FL.
