He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Tibbs and Dorothy Tibbs (Wellinski); his brother James Tibbs; and his niece Jennifer. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Wiltfong (Matt) of La Porte, Felicia Morton (Jeremy) of Rolling Prairie and Melissa Kneifel of New Carlisle; his great grandchild Sophia; and his siblings, Frank Tibbs (Betty) and Vicki Mikalajunas (Joe). He is also survived by 6 nieces; 1 nephew, and 5 grand dogs.
