She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyril T. Herthog and Bernice Herthog (Redpath); her husband Otto G.; her son William Kollar; her sister Alice "Gloria" Herthog; and her grandson Brandon Scott Kollar.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Graf (Ric) of La Porte; her grandchildren, Carrie Stalbaum (John) of La Porte, Tara Payton (Jason) of La Porte, Tim Graf (Sharie) of Jacksonville, FL and Patrick Graf (Amber) of Mishawaka; her brother Cyril Herthog, Jr.; and her close friend Robert McVay (Nancy) of La Porte.
Due to the recent Governor's Order, anyone attending the visitation and/or service is required to wear a mask.
