He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyman Perkins, Sr. and Dorothy Perkins (Patton); and his siblings, Elaine Rogers, Billy W. and Donald E. Perkins.
He is survived by: his sister Dorothy Schmidt; and his nieces and nephews, Susan Yarde, Peggy Olive (Mark), Les Yarde (Sharon), Greg Yarde, Bill Perkins (Sandra) and Jeff Perkins (Jeanne).
Viewing was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Calendar Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center (2900 Monroe St, La Porte, IN 46350). A graveside service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
