It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lyle Peters of La Porte, Indiana, born in Michigan City, Indiana, who passed away on January 6, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence J. Peters; and his sister Jean Burns. He is survived by: his wife Mary Helen Smith; his children, Bruce Peters (Cathy) of Moline, Steven Peters (Valerie) of Dublin and Laurie Gavin (Michael) of Buffalo Grove, IL; his grandchildren, Wesley Peters (Courtney), Tyler Peters (Nathalie), Samantha Klein (Michael), Kathleen Gavin and Kyle Peters; and his great grandchildren, Sloan and Selah Peters.
