It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lola Jean Modjeska of La Porte, Indiana, born in Linton, Indiana, who passed away on July 31, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Merrill Moss and Veronica Louidith Moss (Bailey); her husband Edward Eugene; and her son David Heath. She is survived by: her siblings, Donna Moss of Kingsford Heights, Tina Moss of Kingsford Heights, Dawn Walker of Kingsford Heights, Larry Moss of Kingsbury, Robert Moss (Teresa) of La Porte, Diana Lynn Modjeska (Frank) of New Carlisle and Rodney Bailey of Linton, IN; her stepdaughters, Shelly Clarke (Chris) of Michigan City and Brandy Wallis (Jack) of New Carlisle; her daughter-in-law Donna Heath of La Porte; and her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Loree of New Carlisle, Mary Andrews of Chicago, Josephine Carroll of New Carlisle and Carol Weber of Jackson, MI.
