She was predeceased by: her parents, John D. Starks and Ida Belle Starks (Duke); and her siblings, Myrtle Starks Milan, Verdie Starks, Stella Starks Pate Church, Vernon Starks, Victor Starks, Gladys Starks, Alvie Starks, Roy Starks, Orbil Starks, Altha Starks Batson, Orvil Starks, Fred Starks, Elsie Starks and Oliver Starks.
She is survived by: her significant other Olin Harrison Dillingham; her daughter Sandra Alm (Jim); her granddaughters, Leslee L. Oster and Vicki M. Wagoner; her great grandchildren, Bobbi Rans (Brandon), Jessica Wagoner (Heath) and Hailey Oster; and her great great grandchildren, Johnny Rans and Layne Rans.
She lived through the 1917 pandemic but the 2020 pandemic proved too much for her frail 80-pound body.
