She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Sullivan and Martha Stevens (Cooper); and her siblings, Doris Hall, Georgia Metcalf, Paula Sullivan, Pat Sullivan, Jack Sullivan, Jerry Sullivan and John L. Sullivan.
She is survived by: her children, Christina Johnson of La Porte, Steven Johnson of Louisville, KY and John Johnson of La Porte; her granddaughter Sabrina Johnson of La Porte; and her siblings, Melba Bettuo of Westville and Ralph Sullivan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
