He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Cash; his children, LeRoy (Eliza) of Michigan City, Jamie (James) of Michigan City, Ashante of Michigan City, Airrence Shark and La Porte; his siblings, Ruthie Grinder (Donnie), Tony Shark, Henry (Diene), Dorothy Shark, Eugene Simmons (Linda), O'Neal Simmons (Agnes), Carldell Simmons (Laura), Christella Potts (Darcell), Mackie Webster (Lawrence), Mark Simmons (Vickie), Steven Simmons (Brenda) and Brian Simmons (Amanda); and his cousins, James Oliver Simmons and Charlotte Shark. He is also survived by cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends.
