He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Fell and Ann Fell (Wreza); his son-in-law Raymond Snyder; and his siblings, Dorothy, Don and Edward.
He is survived by: his spouse Mary Ann Weigand; and his children, Edward Fell of Chicago, Robert Fell of Chicago, Victoria Snyder of Chicago and Ann Martinez of La Porte. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
