He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Gonzales; and his siblings, George, Steven Huerta and JoAnn Gonzales. He is survived by: his wife Candace Voogd; his children, Michael Gonzales of Charleston, S. C., Lindsey Gonzales of Michigan City, Lee Frederick (Melanie) of Virginia Beach, VA, Scott Frederick (Christy Alting) of Indianapolis and Dawn Johnson (David) of Great Bend, KS; and his sisters, Rose, Cecelia and Laurie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
