He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Fredrick Lambert, Charles B. Smith, Jr. and Sandra Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Thomas L. Lambert (Shannon Autry) of Michigan City and Christine M. Maddox (Smith) of Rolling Prairie; his siblings, Christopher Lambert of Michigan City, Ashley Mejia (Ronald) of Michigan City, Cameron Autry of Michigan City and Leeanna Akes of Huntsville, AL; his grandmother Geraldine Lambert of Michigan City; and his close friends, Bill and Terri Smalley. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
