He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Groves and June K Groves (Calhoon); and his brother Mark A. Groves. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Gilchrist (Cliff) of La Porte and Jason Groves (Susan) of Ft. Wayne; his grandson Cameron Groves of Ft. Wayne; his siblings, Deborah L. Groves of Port Charlotte, FL, Bill Groves of North Liberty and Paul Groves; his siblings-in-law, Collette Braden (Bill) of Valparaiso and Charlie Harris of Elkhart; and his pets, Brody and Maverick. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
