She is survived by: her parents, Andrew Jones and Dolores Jones (Ramion); her husband John Putchaven; her daughters, Andrea Mizer of Michigan City and Brittney Koch (Tyler) of La Porte; her brother James Jones of Michigan City; her grandchildren, Ethan and Caylee; and her son-in-law Jesse Mizer.
