He is survived by: his spouse Davena Fields; his children, Zachary Galloway of Chicago, IL, Stephen Galloway (Brie) of Kenosha, WI and Lindsey Galloway of Bloomington, IN; his sister Lana David (Kirt); his nephew Hayden David (Hollie); and his pet Titus.
