He is survived by: his children, Margo Bowen (Matt) of Michiana Shores, Marty Hankins (Andy Card) of Fishers, Indiana, Mark Plis of Tijeras and Matt Plis (Mary Lynne) of Glendale, Arizona; his grandchildren, Ben Plis, Abe Plis, Montana Kliphan, Morgan Schwarz, Taylor Bowen, Max Hankins and Mason Hankins; and his sister Vangie Kuhn of Long Beach.
