It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jon Lewis of La Porte, Indiana, who passed away on December 9, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mervin Clifford and Betty Marie Lewis (Kepplin); and his brother William Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Chad Robert Lewis of Phoenix, AZ and Stacie Lewis Oliver of Chesterton, IN; his siblings, Robert Beyer (Debbie) of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, Jean Miller of Northport, FL and Vicki Ann Bair of La Porte; and his grandchildren, Aiden, Ethan, Addison and Sam.
