He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Okrzesik and Rosalie Okrzesik (Cebrat); and his siblings, Joseph, Walter (Barbara), Frank Okrzesik (Margaret), Margie Cannan (Ralph), Helen Draves (Amel) and Virginia Harness (Elbert).
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Okrzesik (Jones); his children, Pamela Miller (Phil) of La Porte, Gregory Okrzesik (Vickie) of Atlanta, GA and Regina Kriadis (Gary) of Sanibel, FL; and his grandchildren, Amber, Jeremy, Matthew Noel, Haley Gazerro (Jeremy), Gregory and Alexandra Kriadis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and many good friends.
