He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bosak and Angeline Bosak. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Bosak; his children, John Bosak Jr. (Tara Bernette) and Laurie Bosak (Doug Pierro); his brother Jerry Bosak; his grandchildren, Abigal Heaps (Ryan) and Justin Bosak; his great grandchildren, Wade Heaps and Emma Heaps; and his sister Jeannie Bosak.
