He was predeceased by: his mother Margery Kramer (Pizer); and his brother Brian Lewis. He is survived by: his father Donald Lewis; his children, Nathan of La Porte, Hannah of La Porte and Sarah Lewis of La Porte; his stepparents, Emily Lewis of Eustis, FL and Steve Kramer of Perrysburg, OH; and his former wife Sommer Lewis of La Porte.
