He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Knoll and Betty Knoll (Merchant); his grandson Benjamin Fessel; his nephew Jeff Ransom; his niece Christine Ransom; and his brothers-in-law, Al Burns and Richard DeMato.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Fulton of Angola; his sister Nancy Ransom (Richard) of Kent, OH; and his sisters-in-law, Marty Burns, Bobbie Gilbert (Marty), Pat Fulton, Joanne McKeag, Connie Crowl (Jim), Lori Sanborn (Tom), Jeannie DeMato and Stacy Gilbert (George). He is also survived by 65 nieces and nephews.
