He is survived by: his children, Jack Beauchamp (Lorena) of Hamlet and Karen Sneed (Patrick) of Fort Wayne; and his grandchildren, Dakota, Sierra Beauchamp of Hamlet, Stephanie Sieczko (Tom) of South Bend, Kari Copeland (Richard) of South Bend, Jordan, Mackenzie and Kendra Sneed of Fort Wayne.
