Joann J. Stanley Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 27, 2025, at the age of 89, Joann J. Stanley of La Porte, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur LaBorn and Lola LaBorn (Lyon); her husband Ray Stanley; and her siblings, Ann McKee, Norma Schultz, Ellen Benca, Grace Gruenberg, Harvey LaBorn and George LaBorn.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Stanley and Scott Stanley (Cheryl); her granddaughters, Kylie Larson (Greg) and Kristin Berce (Alex); and her great grandchildren, Neil Larson, Claire Larson, Owen Berce and Lewis Berce.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Michiana Humane Society, 722 Hwy. 212, Michigan City, IN, 46360 and/or to a charity of the donor's choice, in memory of Scott and Connie's mother and best friend, Joann Stanley. Keep Joann's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
