He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry C. Lough and Ruth Lough (Weaver). He is survived by: his wife Carole A. Miller; his children, James Lough of Arlington, IL and Jodi Lough-Heckman of La Porte; his granddaughters, Tiffany of La Porte and Tarra Heckman of La Porte; his sister Dorothy Shipley of Hobart; and his pets, Maya, Pennie, Moose and Oscar. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
