He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Stanley and Marie Mazur (Ziarnek); and his brother Gene Mazur. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Mazur-McCombs (Darrin) of La Porte and Brian Mazur (Mariza) of Frankfort, Illinois; his grandchild Addison Mazur; his siblings, Larry Mazur (Laura), Justin Mazur and Donna Norris (Larry); his sisters-in-law, Cindy Mazur, Karen Todd (Bruce), Kay Ford and Korene Heying; and his pets, Jules and Sebastian. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
