He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Seiber and Joan Seiber (Metts). He is survived by: his wife Melissa Carr; his stepsons, Brett and Hunter Culvahouse of La Porte; his sisters, Joanna Johnson (Eric) and Tammy Measles; his goddaughter Corrin Garcia (Peanut); his siblings-in-law, Ryan Miller and Rachel Miller; his parents-in-law, Bill of La Porte and Breta Miller of La Porte; and his close friends, Bob, Rose Kraus, Mike Spencer, Tyler Salo and Teddy Leslie. He is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews.
