She was predeceased by: her father Leon DuBois; and her son Douglas Sommer. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Sommer; her sons, David Sommer (Connie) of The Villages, FL, Dr. Darry Sommer (Tena) of Vernon Hills, IL and Dr. Dennis Sommer (Kathryn) of La Porte, IN; and her daughter-in-law Marlene Sommer of Michigan City, IN. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
