Jean Moffitt Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Moffitt of La Porte, Indiana, who passed away on July 21, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Kosmyna and Leona Kosmyna (Krasnianka); and her husband Robert L. Moffitt Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Robert Moffitt Jr. (Sherry) of La Porte, Brian Moffitt of La Porte and Autumn Scheidt (Dominic) of La Porte; her sister Stephanie Skwiat (Ed) of Michigan City; her grandchildren, Briana Hunter (Tyler), Hunter Moffitt (Abby), Mason, Lexi and Preston Scheidt; and her great grandchild Henry Hunter.
