It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Nelson (La Porte, Indiana), who passed away on February 2, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester A. Tomlinson and Anna Tomlinson (Celis); her spouse William Joseph Nelson, Sr.; her daughter Linda Baran; and her brother Kenneth Tomlinson.
She is survived by: her son William J. Nelson, Jr. (Jane) of La Porte; her grandchildren, Erik A. Nelson of Naperville, IL, Adam K. Nelson of La Porte, Ashley Jones (Woodson) of Carmel, IN and Shelby Luther of La Porte; and her sister LaVerne Anderson of La Porte. She is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
