She is survived by: her children, Brian L. VanSickle of Ocala, FL, Debra K. Phelps of La Porte and Terry L. VanSickle of La Porte; her grandchildren, Nathan Kellogg, Miranda Kellogg, Mindy Hernandez, Jeremy VanSickle, Ryan Pavlakovic and Nikolas Pavlakovic; and her sister Joyce Gillock (Michael).
