She is survived by: her sons, Brian Mayes (Kimberly) of Carmel, IN and Kevin Mayes (Stacey Klibinski) of La Porte; her granddaughter Ashlyn Mayes of La Porte; her great grandchildren, Violet and Lincoln Mayes; her sister-in-law Sally Mayes; and her nephews, James and David Mayes.
