It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James David Napiwocki of La Porte, Indiana, born in East Chicago, Indiana, who passed away on October 25, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Napiwocki and Isabel Napiwocki; his wife Victoria Tuley; and his brother Raymond Adam Napiwocki. He is survived by: his children, Timothy James Napiwocki of South Bend, Gregory Joel Napiwocki (Michelle) of La Porte, IN and Melissa Whitaker (Larry) of La Porte; his sister Deanna Kronland (John) of Chesterton, IN; his brother-in-law Christopher Guy Tuley of La Porte; and his grandchildren, Larissa Whitaker, Nicholas Whitaker, Caiden Ivanovic, Luci Petri and Elsie Napiwocki.

“I remember Jim and Vicki at almost all of the ICS events over the years whether it was the Book Sales, the Bake Sales, the Galas, Open Houses, or just any event. They always had smiles and seemed to really enjoy the gatherings. After moving tables for set-up and clean-up of the ICS yard sales for a couple of years running, I remember that Jim kidded all of us saying we were the Official Team of the Yard Sale.
