He was predeceased by: his parents, Dempsey Tiner (Pat) and Frances Tiner (Smart); his uncle Kenneth Tiner; and his cousin Kendra Tiner. He is survived by: his sisters, Melissa Tiner and Kim Sleezer (Tiner); his nephew Kai Sleezer; his aunt Donna Tiner; and his cousin Kim Tiner.
