He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Blevins and Cliffy M. Blevins (Holiday); his brother Gary Blevins of Marion, OH; his former wife Joan Helterbrand Blevins Calahan; his son Andrew S. Blevins II; his children-in-law, Dawn Blevins and David Hasko Jr.; and his grandson Joshua Hasko.
He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Hasko of La Porte and Jennifer Quimby (Michael) of Rochester; and his grandchildren, Dustin Hasko, David Hasko, Christopher Quimby (Lori), Samantha Quimby-Utter (Robert) and Daniel Blevins.
