Iona Gring Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Iona Gring of La Porte, Indiana, born in New Carlisle, Indiana, who passed away on August 18, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Raymond Bealor and Ruth Bealor (Peer); her husband William Gaylord Gring Jr.; her brothers, Joseph, Roland (Gene), Clifford, Richard, David and Willard Bealor; her half-brother Robert Cuskaden; her sisters, Sandra Parker and Ruth Kirkland; and her son-in-law Guy Rinker.
She is survived by: her children, Gayle DeMass (Dan) of LaPorte, IN, Sandra Miller (Robert) of Valparaiso, IN, Carol Cave (Stephen) of Elkhart, IN and Delwyn Gring (Patricia) of Fish Lake, IN; and her grandchildren, Koreen Garrett (Matthew), Kaitlin Tuholski (Jason), Jeffery DeMass (Amanda), Rebecca Rinker (Sean Hessler), Kellie Rinker, Michelle Miller, Julie Wilhelm, Cheryl Campbell (Randy), Thomas Prosser (Kim), Marc Cave, Johnell Arland (Christopher), Quentin Cave, Mitchell Gring, Karen Casey and Sharon Rose (Zachary). She is also survived by 31 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
