It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ina Mae Sturgill (La Porte, Indiana), born in Mineral Springs, Arkansas, who passed away on October 20, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelia Meeks Dyer and Tompie Dyer (Stone); her husband Jake Sturgill; her daughter Sandra Witek (Gene); her brother William; and her siblings-in-law, Lois Dyer and Ray Webb.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce Sturgill (Kerri) of Weatherford, TX, Sharron Rheinholtz (Ray) of La Porte, IN and Shelly DeGraff (Cliff) of La Porte, IN; her sister Janette Webb of La Porte, IN; and her grandchildren, Carri Schad, Kelly Rozumalski (Tim), Megan McCuaig, Robert McCuaig (Rebecca), Kyle Kline (Christina), Ryan Sturgill (Christine), Courtney DeGraff and Shawna DeGraff. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
