He is survived by: his parents, James Jongkind (Theresa) of La Porte and Melissa Jongkind of La Porte; his brothers, Adam (Maddie Betts) of Conneaut, Wes and Elliot Jongkind; his grandparents, Josef Jongkind and Linda Wagman of La Porte; his girlfriend Carlyn Stone of Highland; his grandmothers, Judy Jongkind and Julie Jongkind; his uncles, Andy Jongkind and Luke Wagman; and his aunt Carly French. He is also survived by aunts and uncles; numerous dear cousins; and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be directed to the family, care of Jim Jongkind, at 2900 Monroe St., La Porte, IN 46350 to be given to a charitable foundation of the familiy's choosing at a later date.
