He is survived by: his parent Hoy Howard Sr.; his spouse Lenore Howard (Shaw); his children, Adam Howard (Emily) of Mill Creek, IN, Scott Howard (Dianna) of Culver, IN, Thomas Howard (Ann) of Winamac, IN and Ashley Bom (Bobby) of Hamlet, IN; and his sister Glenda Warner (Ronald) of Knox, IN. He is also survived by six grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
