It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hilda Ohime of La Porte, Indiana, born in Michigan City, Indiana, who passed away on August 9, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Menke and Mary Menke (Liscomb); her husband William Ohime; and her siblings, Helen Haugen, Frieda Timm, William and Donald Menke.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Ohime (Debra Dhoore) of La Porte and Theresa Spencer (Manuel "Bub") of La Porte; and her grandchildren, Matthew Ohime (Kendra), William Spencer (Rachele), Sommer Lewis (John) and Molly Lemons (Vester). She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
